But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
2 Corinthians 12:9

Jesus told us and warn us very clearly in His words that in this world, in our short time here on this fallen and broken world, we will have tribulations.
This is a promise but also one that comes with a victorious hope embedded within.
Jesus has overcome the world!
Hardships, insults, persecutions, pandemics, calamities and challenges are part and parcel of our lives and also the reason why we cannot do it on our own.
You are weak without God.
You have weaknesses that will hinder your progress in life, more so when difficult times hit you.
But, mark Paul’s words that you are rightfully suppose to boast about your weaknesses.
Do not get it wrongly.
You are not called to run with weakness or in weakness but to run with God’s sufficient grace!
You are empowered by the Holy Spirit to run a race that is only possible with God’s grace, goodness and glory.
Nothing is impossible with God.
You weaknesses is only limited to the extend of what Christ can do in and through you if you allow Him to take over.
Appreciate challenges and weaknesses you have and embrace the truth that God’s strength is moving in on your weaknesses each time you struggle.
Struggle is real but likewise for God’s power which is available to you!
Take one step and one day at a time.
His mercies are new every morning.
His grace is sufficient and given to each of us according to the measure of Christ’s gift.
Be of good cheer and know that God is with you as you run.

- Reflect about your life and actions in recent times.
Have you been taking God’s grace for granted?
What can you do about it? - There is no condemnation in Christ.
Your weaknesses is a position of strength when you allow God to fill in.
How can you look at your situations and areas of weaknesses different through the word of God?
