Verse Of The Week : 19 June 2023

June 19, 2023

Run with Reverence
READY:

Who is the man who fears the LORD? Him will he instruct in the way that he should choose.

Psalms 25:12

SET:
Winning is not necessarily always the agenda of God.
In fact, win, lose or draw is only a means to an end for God to work in our lives.
In any type of sports, every decision that we make is vital and God will gladly guide and instruct those who walks in reverential worship.

The verse questioned ‘Who is the man?’, and is there a possibility that God is searching for people who truly worship and obey Him?
Like a coach, God desires us to lead the right path towards a victorious end.
He wants to provide us with instructions so that we are able to make good decisions.

Choices, decisions, directions, pathways…

Are there right ones?
Are you interested in knowing them?
How much do you desire them for your life, family, ministry, career etc.?

The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom!
Many of us wants to walk in wisdom.
Yes, wisdom can be gained through experiences but it can also be downloaded supernaturally through embracing God’s heart and applying His words in our lives.
God will instruct and He will guide if we yearn for His will, His ways and His order.

If you are a God-worshipper, you will be like arrows aiming at God’s bull’s-eye.

GO:

  1. Look at your life right now. Is it filled with the spirit of the fear of the Lord?
  2. How can you walk in the fear of the Lord?
  3. In what ways and/or in which area can you grow in this area?
