Verse of the Week:Philippians 3:13-15“But one thing I do: forgetting what lies behind and straining forward to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus. Let those who are mature think this way.”When we train and race, we cannot permit either the successes or the failures of the past to steer our current moment or the future.

PRAYER RUNSRun, Pray, BelieveKaiwen’s Devotional:Finally ”connected and in zone” with the Lord during the run! Been trying for weeks during my runs this year but just couldn’t “clicked”, “frequency not in sync” etcEarlier I’ve planned to wake up at 5am for a 3hr scheduled session run. But I couldn’t wake up as planned due to fatigue. In the end, I’ve run in the evening where I rarely do due to weather. Should I’ve “powered” my will to run (which I usually do), I might missed this opportunity as I’m too used to my usual routines Received lots of insights from the Lord today and really enjoyed today’s run. I took an unfamiliar route and was kinda lost. At the moment, my prayers were:Lord, please be with me. I want to connect with you From there on, it has my eyes opened to new boundaries and obstacles that I will usually avoidHills, slopes, heat that will raise HR… all just came to me left, right, Center. But I’ve embraced it all, because the Lord was with me in this runSpecial thanks to :Daniel Khong - Yest sermon was on point! Renewed experience comes from things you never done before. Just like Joshua marching round Jericho, Daniel in the Lion’s Den. All this visually came into my mind in this runDaryl Sung Tze Hao - Thanks bro for ur insights on how to run with the Lord. Yes. Training for run is intentional, same as to prayers and worship. Was overjoyed when I was in zone with the Lord! It’s like little kid receiving candies! Simple, pure joy!Alan Leong - Thanks for guiding on my running journey thus far! Telling me to really enjoy simplicity of running, no monitor of HR or other matrix. Don’t keep fixated on such figures and train on familiar terrains. Enjoy other venue scenery, smell flowers, enjoy nature. All 3 of their advices clicked! And I’ve had a renewed experience with the Lord on this runLooking forward for more runs like this!________________________________Keen to be encouraged and to share your exercises’ devotional? When You Pray
We are all very familiar with this mechanic of communicating with God through prayers. However, what exactly is a ‘Kingdom Prayer’? Do we pray kingdom-mindedly? Do we yield to God’s will for His kingdom?“The prayers of the saints and psalmists in the Bible, always leave room for God to have the last word.”Let’s learn to present ourselves, in privacy, as we petition with precision and priority, persistence and power, modelling the pattern given by God. Amen.Read the full article below:(Part 1)kingdomrunners.net/when-you-pray-part-1/(Part 2)kingdomrunners.net/when-you-pray-part-2/ #writetobless #encouragement #SpeakLife #kingdomwriters #encourage #kingdomrunnersbloggers #writetodisciple #kingdomblog #pray #prayer #whenyoupray ...
